But it does not make you better than someone else if you are completing more tasks throughout the day but are constantly sleep-deprived and in a bad mood. It is healthy to take a day, or two, for yourself and just do whatever makes you happy. As a college student the best time to do that is on the weekends. In this post I’m going to share with you my 6 best tips to start your week off on the right foot.
It has taking me until senior year to actually have a life routine and feel prepared for classes. But you can implement these small changes one at a time and then you can see all the differences they have on your everyday routine.
